A lot of these names don't read as "bland" to me. Or, maybe I just have very bland tastes. I'd be thrilled to meet a baby Dorothy or John these days! I think bland names are the ones that have been trendy for too long now, like Liam and Ava. Liam

Yeah, I thought of that as well, as I was making my set. It would actually be different and refreshing to meet a Marie or a Douglas, so are those really bland?I also played around with modern-bland names and Owen was on my list too!

I still meet a lot of Douglases :P. I think it's halfway between a "bro name" and a "dad name" and it would just be awkward on a kid, not refreshing.
