Waverley is the name of a major street, where I'm from. It's mostly a commercial/industrial area, not very pretty.
Waverley is aggressively suburban. It's Beverly on LSD. I both can and can't imagine it on a person - it is namey, but it's also very plastic, it's brittle. It has the forced, empty cheerfulness of a 1950's magazine ad. I'd still think it cool, if I came across one. It's a surprising name idea.
