Ryan is a super dated 90s name for boys. I find it kind of handsome on boys (or at least would if it hadn't been so overused).
On a girl it's okay. It doesn't really work for me but it's not horrible.
I would much rather see Rhian or Rhiana. Or Rhiannon.
But if you must, I would just stick with Ryan and add a feminine middle name. Ryanne is better than Ryann. Ryann looks really misspelled and still masculine.
Edited: So if you really wanted to use it I would suggest you stick with Ryan.
Unless you pronounce it differently and then I would go with Ryanne.
