Astarte is preferable, but still hubristic; like Isis and Artemis.

I really like it but that may be because of Yuri Ishtar from Red River by Chie Shinohara. Read the manga in high school, early college.
It's not a goddess name you hear often.
I think there was an old movie called Ishtar? Think I've seen a poster.
It's usable in English i think. A really pretty name.
