Great meaning - royal grace - but I don't like the sound much, sorry. If you want the meaning, try a different combo.Hanna RoyceErica Anne Anette Richelle
Maybe Relinda - means kind princess, similar sound.

Well, I adore Rex on a boy, so Rexanne is not as satisfying. It's not a very pretty name to me. However, Rexanne has a kind of retro toughness that I really love in names. It's got some dime store razzle-dazzle to it that is rather fun. Also the idea of a girl named Rexie is hip. It's like Roxie but....not.

No. Will constantly be confused with Roxanne and the natural nickname would be Rex which is masculine.

No, stick with Roxanne.

I'll be honest, it looks like a Roxanne typo. I much prefer Roxanne to Rexanne, and Roxana to Roxanne.

It's unusual, but I like it. It makes me think to foxes, dawn, pink and strength.

Would always be mistaken for Roxanne. Could work as a mn if you needed a fem form of Rex (and had wisely rejected Regina).

It makes sense to me as a way to honor a person named Rex. I don't think it sounds bad. However, it mainly reminds me of a T-rex, so seems silly at first glance.

I actually know a woman with this name! She was named after her father named Rex, they thought they made it up but I guess it existed already. T answer your question I think I do find it interesting but personally prefer Roxanne/Roxana
