[Opinions] Callidora
I went to a reading for an author today, and one of her novels features two characters named Callidora. I have a thing for Dora names (Isadora, Theodora, Dorothy) and this one also appeals to me.
What do you think of Callidora?

It’s very frilly, the kind of name I’d imagine a my little pony to have.
Adding -dora to a name does give it some vintage magic. Sometimes wacky magic (like I love Cleodora but I admit that name is out of control).
Callidora is fun. The implied meaning is really sweet too. Oh, I see that it's the feminine form of Calidore, I very much like that. Calidore. Yes.
This is inspiring me to invent some names by slapping -dora to the end of them.

It's okay...
Even though its root elements are legitimately Greek, this still sounds like a name from a chintzy piece of historical fiction.

I love it, it sounds so sophisticated to me. It's on my long list
I like it, it’s interesting. I’d never use any -dora names personally though. They all sound really witchy and kind of old to me.
I like it. I prefer Calladora or Caladora but Callidora is nice too.
I like it :)
Meh. I like Callie and Dora, but not together
