Thoughts? It was the name of a character in a movie I watched the other day.

It's all right, but for me it's still strongly associated with that show about the serial killer.

I love Dexter. It's preppy but also nerdy in a really satisfyingly kitschy way, because of the cartoon character and the "Poindexter" trope.

I also love Baxter. Something about that "-xter" ending is so sharp.

Love Dexter, so hip without being overly modern or looking made up. I would use it if it did not at all go with my usual style.
