I've been pronouncing it like Key-Ana, since there's not one listed. I think it's pretty. Thoughts?

I used to like it, but now I'm neutral.

I pronounce Qiana as Key-Ana. I don't particularly like Q- names, except maybe Quill and Quilla.

The spelling reads Kwee-Anna to me. I think its best to just spell this name Kiana
