I'm a bit biased, as my sisters name is Megan, pron. MEG-an. They live in Scotland btw.
I prefer the spelling Megan, and also that pronounciation. MAY-gan is ok, I have never heard of MEE-gan.

Same here. Every Megan I've come across has pronouced it Meg-an. Not once have I heard it pronouced Me-gan or May-gan. Maybe it's an accent thing. *shrugs*
