Jasper Equinox is bonkers, but I kind of love it. Clara Josephine is beautiful and wholesome.

Equinox is definitely A Lot and doesn't really sound like a name to me but like, it's a middle so who cares.

I love Clara Josephine.

Jasper Equinox is ok. And if I had a kid on a solstice or equinox I’d probably use it as a middle name too, it’s a significant event. I prefer Solstice to Equinox though.

I like Jasper, and Equinox is cool (especially given the date) and looks good with Jasper, even if it isn't my style.

I really like Jasper. Generally, I am not into gemstone names, but I associate it more with various historical figures including a couple of artists and one of the folktales that names the Wisemen in the Christmas story. Additionally, it gives me 17th century explorer and genial rapscallion vibes complete with lace cuffs and a big hat with a feather.

Josephine is one of those 19th century distinguished names that feels young and fresh again on a modern child. Jo March gives it a literary connection, and it has lots of nicknames to choose from. I would probably use Josie as a nickname but Phina could work on the right person.

Clara is okay. It reminds me of the rich girl in Heidi and Clara Barton.
