[Opinions] Evolet
Does anyone still remember Evolet? It was used for the female main character in a movie in the late 2000s (10,000 BC) which was quite popular. The name was given to over 150 girls per year a few years ago and there are still girls named Evolet every year.Apparently it is "the love" backwards with the H omitted. It sounds like Violet + Evelyn. What do you think? Does it work for you?

I don't like it all that much.

""The love" backwards with the h omitted" makes me laugh a bit, if that's what it was supposed to be why omit a letter? To me it looks like the name of a mech from an anime. But it doesn't sound horrible.

Prefer AyeletI see why this name gets a bit of attention, but it doesn't work for me. I prefer the similar Ayelet.

Yes, Ayelet is really pretty and such a sweet meaning.

Eh...I'll pass on this one. Don't think it works as well as Violet or Evelyn, yet it is kind of refreshing at the same time.I do find its usage interesting though. The fact that it is still being used on girls today amuses me.

Sounds like some sort of incontinence medicine or something.

I don't think I would mind it if it was spelled Evelette, like a variant of Evelyn, but the Evolet spelling looks weird.

I haven't seen it. I really like it because it's so unique and medieval-ish.
