On sight I pronounce it rose-uh-leen.

Rose a line

Rose-a-leen or Rose-a-lin would be how I say it in my head when I read it. Of these two, I like Rose-a-lin the best.

Rawz-a-lin is also very pretty but a lot less intuitive for me as a non native English speaker.

I don’t care for -line rhyming with Shine or Nine.

If I had to attempt it in front of others, I'd guess ROZZ - a - lin. (rozz rhyme the first syllable of positive, sounds like rawz)

If I had to pick a pronunciation I liked for it, it'd sound like "ROSE - a - line" rhyme fine
