At first I read this as Ellinora. I prefer this Scandinavian variant with two L's to Eleonora. It's simple and sweet. I always hesitate on pronunciation of Eleonora. I've never seen Elinora, but I suppose it's nice too. I also like Eleanor or Ellinor.
