What do you think of Violine? It apparently means to moderate a strong violet. It reminds me of Violin though.

I like it. It seems to me like a diminutive of Viola. I prefer the spelling Violene.

It reminds me of violin too, which is a really nice association. It sounds delicate and musical. I would use it as a middle name for a real child.

Definetly more reminiscent of the stringed instrument more than flowers.
