I really liked it back in the 00s. Then I decided the sound wasn't really that appealing to me.
But I agree with you about its image and I'd be very happy to see it come back strong.
June is like Jane but more flexible, or like Summer but with more energy.
Reminds me of June Carter Cash. Also of a tall gal named June that I knew, born around 1975, who rocked a pixy cut when it was out of style, and would wear a tool kilt as fashion. The name has never seemed "old" to me, even though it ages well. It's kinda more like Jackie than it is like like Jean.
