My favorite Rose name like that is Rosenwyn. I hate the pronounciation Roz-A-Lyn, tbh. I'd pronounce it Rose-uh-lyn. For sure classic, reminds me of Rosalyn and Rosalind.

It feels dated and I'm not a fan of names ending in lyn.

I've never met one but the main character in Wild Rose which is one of my favourite films is called Roselyn. She's Scottish and is a country music singer. It has a country music vibe to me.

Former American First Lady Rosalynn Carter pronounces her name as Rose-lyn. I'm sure she's had it mispronounced on occasion. But it works for her. The pronunciation of Roselyn looks even more intuitive than that. I like it and Mrs. Carter makes a good role model for the name.

I like ROSE-linn, but it reminds me of the -lyn suffix, so definitely it's trendy; I also think about neo-colonialism a bit when it's pronounced that way. I prefer a Filipino pronunciation of this name; ro-seh-leen.

Here in Italy it is not trendy at all and still has its floral, classic, sweet and elegant vibe. In 2019 were born just 19 Rose in Italy and this is the highest peak since 1999.

However I strongly dislike the -lyn form and if I use this name I would spell it Roseline as in French.
