Here there is a list of Italian names. The most of them are archaic, Medieval or unusual but some of them are still used.

Most of them sound too old-fashioned and I would never use them. But I like some of these, such as Riccardo, Rolando, Romeo, Rosa, Rosamunda, Rosmunda, Rossana, Rowena and Ruth.
