It's pretty. I cant see myself using it on a daughter, but it's dramatic and fun.
*sings Stella by All Time Low* 3pm, I'm on a date with Jacqueline... lol
Yes, I love Stella - and that's pretty much why! lol

Love it
I like it. As a child I subjectively believed this was a very strange and unusual name and thus I named my pet hermit crab it because I wanted to name her a weird name. Later as I got her a companion I discovered Hortenia via the Matilda movie and that became the new reigning champion in my young mind. In the the present I still like it and consider it quit tame and palatable if slightly trendy. A good solid name.

I like it and would use it. I like that it works in various languages.
I don't hate the name, by any means. It just... doesn't do anything for me. Which is odd, because Stella fits in with some of my favorites, aesthetic-wise. Maybe it's Marlon Brando's "STEH-LAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!" that ruined it for me, idk.
Like others have mentioned, I prefer Estelle.

I think it's very pretty, but I like Estelle even more. Lately I've encountered two people with dogs named Stella, I'm wondering if it's headed into Sadie and Chloe territory.
Also, anyone who's seen "A Streetcar Named Desire" can't forget Marlon Brando bawling out "Steeella!"
