Leia. I also like Leila, but Leia is more versatile and I like the sound better.
Lila is nice but I prefer Lilah for lie-luh and Lila for lee-luh. And I also just like the ending "a" better than "la".

Lila. It’s got spunk and makes a great nickname for Delilah.Leia is too insubstantial and Star Wars-y. Leila looks too complicated spelling wise and might be mispronounced.

Leila, though I prefer the Layla spelling. Lila is so pretty too though, but Leia just does nothing at all for me.

LeilaI prefer it spelled with a y, though: Leyla, or Layla.

Leia. But, I much prefer the spelling Lea "Lay-uh". Lea looks more sleek and traditional, imo.

LeiaThe others are okay, I just don't really love the repeated L sounds, they seem a little singsongy for me.
To me Leia is a modern (and prettier) spelling of Leah. I think of lay-uh as a legit pronunciation of Leah (I know a Leah prn lay-uh).

Leia is my favorite of these. It sounds soft and romantic. I wouldn't use it due to Star Wars, but it isn't a bad association, and I would love to meet a Leia.

Lila. Even though I pronounce it LEE-la. And I pronounce Leila LY-la. The only one I pronounce like you is Leia.I like Leia but it feels a bit boring because here Lea is really common and it sounds like LEH-a which is not exactly like Leia (in fact I like Leia and dislike Lea) but close enough so that it feels boring.Leila is beautiful but I only like it as LY-la. For LAY-la I'd use Layla. It is easier.Lila is LEE-la to me.
