YES I 100% AGREE
I've been noticing this and youre so right they all try so hard to be cool but then all end up with the same 10 boring names.
Bear, Shiloh, Bodhi, Hendrix, Blue & Bowie annoy me the most. Theyre all so uncreative.
I actually like: Willa, Eloise & River.
Surely they don't actually love these names the most out of all the names in the world, like surely you'd pick the name you like most not the name thats trendy atm, kinda weird tbh

It is really noticeable! I didn't realize how many repetitions there were until I went through the most recent lists today. It was way more uncreative than regular birth announcements in the newspaper, in terms of diversity in names.
I like River too. I am upset the celeb masses got their hold on it.
Since Jamie Oliver named his son River Rocket it became so common. And I noticed several celebs using Rocket as well *yawn*
Maybe they love it because they heard it and thought "oh sounds nice and is not common" not realizing that lots of celebs had the same idea.

River Rocket doesn't sound like a person's name. It sounds like some pool float.
