It's awful. It sounds like either:
1. A radio or TV station. KOVA, your home for mellow rock.
2. A Russian word that no Russian would use as a name because it means something like stomachache or bankruptcy.
3. Someone's badly misguided try at "commemorating" the pandemic.
Before you criticize a man, walk a mile in his shoes. That way, when you criticize him, you're a mile away and you have his shoes!
