I dislike all of them. I used to really like Cecily but that has faded as well.
I dislike the meaning of Cecily, Cécile and Cecilia. I love the meaning of Celia. So I guess I'd rather use Celia but I don't like the sound very much.
Cecily is cute but not my favorite. Cecilia is okay as long as it is spelled like this (I dislike Cecelia). Cécile actually sounds nice. It's very 70s dated in France but not bad at all.
A bit of a dilemma because I much prefer the meaning of Celia but the sound of Cécile.

1 Celia
2 Cécile, Cecily
3 Cecilia
