I like it, I think I prefer Georgianne and Georgiana a shade more but Georgina is cute and definitely more sophisticated than Georgia.

I love it and I also like Georgiana but can’t stand Georgia.

It's the only version of George (for either gender) that I like, and I like it enough to use, given enough daughters.

Eh. Preppy and dated. I prefer Georgia / Giorgia. I don’t really care for the -gina suffixes.
