Leontina Elvira are like 2 longer and frillier versions of my daughters' names (Leona and Elva). I like it. Sigrid is also lovely as a MN.Ylva is nice as a FN and maybe Hilde instead of Hilda

It's delightful, so theatrical and elaborate. I hope she never went by Tina, what a loss that would be.
Leontina Dagmar and Leontina Sigrid stood out to me. Leontina needs a MN with Ds and Rs, IMO, and these two fit perfectly.
