[Opinions] Sibset from the Newspaper
A family have made the paper as she gave birth to identical twins who both have Down’s Syndrome. The twins age 4 are getting ready to start main stream school in September and mum hopes like all parents that her daughters will be seen for who they are and not the diagnosis.

Very traditional names, very Biblical names. I like the set, they fit nicely together, but I do prefer the more unusual Biblical names myself.
I'm sure the parents are dedicated Christians. All the names are very mainstream. I like all of them except Rachel, because it has such a harsh, rasping sound.
All great names, but Grace seems to stick out from the traditional biblical names
All the names are pretty, just very… VERY basic. I can think of at least three people I've known with each of these names. Any super basic names are going to go together just because they're all basically the same style.
I don't hate any of these names except for Grace. I've never liked the name Grace, it seems too harsh sounding. And it makes me think of grapes; for whatever reason.

I love Rebecca, and Rachel and Grace are nice. Loathe Matthew, Sarah and Hannah; they are like the very whitest, most tasteless dry loaf of cheap white bread you can find. Full of big airholes all the way through so it looks like somebody shot a bullet into the loaf from one end and it travelled clear through.
nardy is terrible. Like nerdy, only worse.

I met fraternal twins once, both girls, of whom one had Down's and the other didn't. They were doing very well, aged about 4 - the Down's sister copied her sibling and learnt a lot without realising it. No idea how they turned out, but the start was excellent. For identicals, of course they'd both be Down's and I can't imagine an easy outcome for the parents. More than double the strain of having a Down's singleton. But there are plenty of elder sibs to help out.
As for the family - the parents have unusual names and really seem to have reacted against them! The kids could hardly be more mainstream.

They have a very definite style. The names are almost textbook perfect together.
