I hate the meaning and dislike the look. It looks like a version of Soraya. If you're looking for a female name, I'd use Soraya. If wanting to use it on a boy, I just wouldn't - only extreme Bible readers would even recognise it as male these days imo.

I think it’s pretty! I knew a girl named Sariyah (not sure on spelling, but something like that) and I’ve always thought it was cool. Her spelling made me think of saracha sauce a bit for some reason, but I like Seraiah better because it reminds me of Sarah almost. I would maybe spell it Seraya or something, too.

I like biblical names, Seraiah is a nice name that hasn't become mainstream like other religious names Rachel, Luke, Sarah, Hannah, Matthew, Abigail etc.
