It's very religious sounding to me and also sort of basic and starting to sound out of fashion.
Same category as Matthew, Andrew, only slightly more religious sounding.
I don't think it's timeless, I associate it with men in their late 20s-50s.
I associate Noah with younger boys. Noah sounds super trendy to me even though it is a classic name.
