Vesta is too much like a garment; Hestia sounds like an attempt to brighten up Hester. So I'd avoid them both.

I love Hestia! I think it's warm and welcoming. I definitely prefer it to Vesta.

It's very warm and dusty, and a sepia colour. I prefer it to Vesta.

Both are pretty names, but I like Hestia more.

I actually made a poll about these two names a while back! Hestia was the "winner". I like them both.... part of me likes Vesta a tiny bit more because it is not as beautiful or refined as Hestia. Vesta is like a little green toad of a name next to Hestia, and I like it for that.
