I suspect many will hate this, but I'm totally charmed by it. I'm a sucker for ungainly feminizations, but this one feels a bit different because the "ina" inflects the sounds of "Arthur" in such a way that it sounds transformed. I don't feel this way about Thomasina, for example (which I also love).

Combos are fun with this one...

I somewhat see where you're coming from; but I also find myself, to my own surprise, preferring Arthurine. But then, some at least of your mn suggestions don't work ... Arthurine Gwen for instance is awful, and it's such a pity to lose the Guinevere allusion.

My first thought was to shorten it a bit to Arthurine. I think that’s much cuter than Arthurita.

That said, Arthurina Zoe and Arthurina Blythe are my favorites.

I've often thought that Arthura is rather beautiful in an unexpected and imposing way, if you stretch out that "thoooor" part. Arthurina is interesting. Do I prefer Arthurine? Maybe, maybe. It seems more fairy tale ish. But Arthurina is neat too. I'd be excited to meet one.
