Alas, but I do. While I do like the name (and Billy!), it's been very popular for a very long time....
Has a Victorian charm to it, however, so it's not devoid of all personality. I consider it a 90s name as it was popular among my age group (in England), right next to Thomas and Daniel. So on one hand, I want to say it's "getting on a bit" but on the other hand, it's still near the top of the charts...
So it might depends where you're planning on using it
