[Opinions] Lilith
What do you think of the name Lilith?I always though the name was really pretty ever since I heard it. Very strong because of its etymology. The demon thing doesn’t bother me that much but I can see why somebody would avoid it for that reason."People say nothing is impossible, but I do nothing all day."'*•.¸♡ Have a great day/night! ♡¸.•*' Rate my personal name list please :) https://www.behindthename.com/pnl/217493

I think it's a little bit cheesy-edgy because of the demon thing. I think that the name itself is pretty and interesting. The -th ending is very distinct, combined with a very common and palatable beginning.

Demons don't bother me, but Lily names do: too sentimental. I wouldn't use it.

I don't like it at all.
The demon thing bothers me, not so much because it makes me think of a demon, as because it'd really bother me to be named that. And it bothers me that naming a gal Lilith implies one means to honor a demon, or else one is ignorant and just likes how it seems to sound deliberately whimsical in English, like Lilibeth. Bleagh. I think Lilith is very pretty, despite the demon association. I like it just as much as (if not a little more than) Lilly and Lillian.

I like it! I don't love it and vastly prefer Lily, but it's cute.

I like it but I would rather use Lily on a real person.

I think it's really pretty. It's a surprisingly gentle, melodic name considering its history, and I enjoy that. I don't mind the whole demon thing at all, but it mostly gives me retro summertime girl-power 90s music festival vibes, thanks to Sarah MacLaughlan's Lilith Fair project.

Love it, better than Lily and Lillian. I like its mystic etymology. Not on my top 10 girl names, but no doubt a honourable mention!I can see it being the new Luna or Ava, around 2025.
