Yeah, I wouldn't mess with Iris if I were you. lol but Iris itself is lovely!

I like it a lot more than Iris. I tend to prefer the frillier versions of names though lol

It's alright, though I prefer Irida, the Greek form of Iris.

OK, no doubt, in its natural habitat. In English, I wouldn't mess with Iris, which is one of the very few plant names I like.
