Emma really works on everyone. It's the ultimate faceless name to me that I can imagine on anyone, any personality, any face, any hair, eye and skin color.
When I hear Ciara I always think of a black haired girl because it means "black" but I know a redhead named Ciara and it works well on her as well.
Sakura also works on anyone, in my opinion. The sound pattern is quite modern and seems familiar and there are a million anime characters named this (with black, pink, blond etc. hair) and I mainly think of cardcaptor Sakura who is Japanese with auburn hair and blue eyes and in general I think of the color pink a lot because of the cherry blossoms so to me it is just a magical colorful name.
I know a white girl called Midori and it works on her. I know a girl with blue eyes, fair skin and blond hair and a Western surname called Yumiko and it works on her (her grandpa is Japanese and named her but only people who know her more closely know that background story).
