It's ok. I never quite understood the hype of Rosalie. I've know quite a few Rosalies (like....three) and they all seemed to have the same character: Type-A, super uptight, old before their time because of micromanaging everything, that sort of thing. So I don't have very good associations. I see it as a highly neurotic name, but I can recognize that it's pretty.

Sweet antique on paper or for a character.
Kinda sickeningly saccharine in real life.
Not that I don't see the appeal. I used to favorite it. But then I saw it on some kid's stuff.
Rosalia seems regal, but Rosalie just seems cutesy. Because it sounds like an adverb, like "rosily." Or sugared-up, like Rose straight was too strong.
Rosie itself doesn't suffer so much from that, because it's clearly just a diminutive of Rose or a Ros-name... Rosalie *means* to be cute.
