I had s student named Morning Glory
From your list I like:
Begonia, Chrysanta, Tulip, and Wisteria.
I also like Petunia and Chrysanthemum, which you didn't mention on your list. I think there's a children's book series with a mouse named Chrysanthemum, now that I think about it.

Definitely not!:
Belladonna - it's really pretentious!
Blossom, Buttercup - Powerpuff Girls (I loved the show, just not the names lol)
Flower - it's like naming her Wisdom; just go with a flower name!
Heather - dated
Holly - bad personal association
Larkspur - not namey enough
Myrtle - dated
Pansy - isn't that slang for a wimp?
Peony - "pee on me"
Petal - term of endearment
Poppy - "Hi, I'm Poppy..." Lather, rinse, repeat until everybody's sick of it
Primrose - my seventh grade science teacher was Ms. Primm, and she wasn't very nice
Thistle - isn't that the annoying thing that sticks you when you touch it?
Tulip - cat name

I love flower names! My favorites on your list are Acacia, Bryony, Calanthe, Cassia, Ivy, Lily, Rose, Rosemary, Senna, Thistle, and Willow.
I like these too, and think they'd work on a boy: Briar, Linden
Daffodil, Larkspur, Orchid just don't sound name-y to me.
Belladonna and Cherry I wouldn't use. Belladonna because it's too strongly associated with poison for me, and Cherry because of vulgar jokes.
Some other names I like, some of which others have mentioned: Cecily, Diantha, Maile, Daphne, Juniper, Laurel, Rush, Rowan.

Marigold, Lavender, and Lilac are amongst my favourite names. Also on my list, I have Azalea, Iris, Belladonna (gp), Lunaria, and Calluna, as firsts, plus Cherry (honour), Ivy, Willow, and Tulip as middles. I also like Tansy, Calanthe, Calla, Daisy, Posy, Senna, and Cataria. Verbena I'd like a lot more as Ver-BEN-uh.
I tried to cull down to my favorites, but it's too hard, I love flower names.
Azalea - though I prefer Amaryllis
Blossom - so cute
Celandine - refined
Daffodil - absolute sunshine
Dahlia - elegant cuteness
Daisy - maybe too popular
Hyacinth - it's so over the the top!
Iris - maybe the best name ever created
Lavender - so fancy
Lilac - dreamy
Linden - I love it for a boy
Magnolia - soft and romantic
Marigold - I like the name more than the flower
Myrtle - so frumpy cute
Peony - adorable
Petal - darling
Primrose - I can't even, these names are too wonderful
Rose - simple elegance
Tulip - the cutest, spunkiest name ever, wish it worked in my country, it doesn't sound nice here
Verbena - I like the letters together
Zinnia - cute, sassy and spunky

I've started liking Begonia a lot, because it's so eccentric and rotund. I also think of it as a sort of honouring name referencing my grandma because she loves her some begonias.
I've often thought that Thistle would be a pretty name! I'm happy to see it on your list :)
I also like Gladiola, after gladiolus.
Oh, also what about Fuchsia? And Jonquil!

Orchid comes from the root work of testicle... so nope. I'm slightly tired of Rose for flower names, overrated name and flower. Rosemary is fine, though? And Primrose is lovely. Tulip is fun, reminds me of pastel colors and easter. And Marigold is one of winston churchill's daughter, another being Mary.
Freesia is kinda weird, I think it's oddly cute though. And Amaryllis.
