[Opinions] Cosmo
What do you think of Cosmo? It is the name of Scarlett Johansson's second child: she has a daughter Rose Dorothy from a previous relationship.I find Cosmo just fine: I prefer Cosimo, but I guess it's too Italian for Scarlett Johansson's child? Rose and Cosmo also work as a sibset, though I get the argument that the names seem like they're from different worlds: one's a floral classic and the other has more quirk and hipster vibe in it.~*~*~*~kuin metsäorvokki laaksossa

Cosmopolitan magazine. Cosimo would have been super cool though, Sofia Coppola's kids are Cosima and Romy. She's Italian though, I guess. Idk what i expected, a Danish name? Isn't her daughters middle name honoring or something?

I’m sorry, but this is a totally dog name to me. It just makes me think of Fairly Oddparents and Cosmo Kramer from Seinfeld.

Saw that :)I think it’s really cool, and totally deserves recognition outside of the Fairly Odd Parents. A lot of the comments I read about it on Facebook were very negative, though.I think Rose and Cosmo suit each other just fine.

Don't like it

I like Cosima, but I don’t really care for Cosmo. I’m pretty sure there was a dog in Full House named Cosmo. The name itself is fine I suppose but there are much better Italian names.

From the TV show Seinfeld = Kramer's first name was Cosmo Also from the movie Moonstruck they talk about "Cosmo's Moon"

I love Cosmo (and Cosimo)! It's so...encompassing and timeless (in that it stands outside of time).

I see Cosmo as a type of floral name (because of the cosmos flower) so Cosmo and Rose are quite themey to me!I love Cosmo a lot. It's eccentric, which is definitely my kind of thing.

Cosmo has been a long-time favorite of mine. So, yes, I like it.

I like it and I see it getting more popular over time too. It makes me think of the movie “Singin’ in the rain”, because one of the main characters has this name. That’s a great association in my mind!
