[Opinions] Grace
So I recently hears of two people having baby girls named Grace (one is a YouTuber, the other someone I know personally). In the case of the person I know, at least, there’s a religious component because they actually mentioned it being because of the “grace of God.”Thoughts? I used to find Grace super boring, now I kind of like it though it’s not a favorite or anything.“And I wish there was a treaty we could sign
I do not care who takes this bloody hill
I'm angry and I'm tired all the time
I wish there was a treaty,
I wish there was a treaty
Between your love and mine”

It's a filler middle name (although that's understandable, to be honest, as it sounds good with so many first names). As a first name I think Grace is beautiful - classic and sophisticated and elegant without being too long or frilly or pretentious. It has a simplistic charm that is (excuse the pun) graceful. It ages well, and fits many personalities. Plus the nickname Gracie is adorable. I really do love this name, but it's never been in my top choices because it's too short. Perfect for anyone who likes short names that fit on forms though!*

I find it fine. I had the sweetest co worker naned Grace. She was so pleasant. My orchestra teacher named her daughter Grace after a piece of music, and my pre k teacher named her daughter Gracie. Grace reminds me of a gentle mother. It's also pretty youthful and nice to hear as a first name than middle. I wouldn't use it though.

I've had bad luck with all the Grace people I've met, except one. She had improved my opinion of it, but not enough for me to ever think of using it.ETA I love your Leonard Cohen quote!
