I think it’s a lovely name, one that I like a lot actually and would consider using myself. I like all the spelling variations, none are awful imo and the name is absolutely usable as a full name. I can see it on a baby, all the way through to an elderly lady. I used to like Emmy the best, but then I shifted to Emmie, to get away from the awards thing associated with Emmy. That said, I still find Emmy lovely and wouldn’t let the awards put me off if that spelling worked better in a combo. Emi is also lovely and the meaning is quite sweet. Emme is good too, but I think this version might lead to mispronunciation issues. Elly and Emmy for cousins is fine, no big deal at all. If I had to use a full name, then maybe Emmeline would be my choice.
