Polexia sounds like a disease or the medication that treats it. Aphrodisia is prettier but will lead to a lot of teasing.

Polexia REALLY sounds like a medicine or a condition and Aphrodisia has immediate hormonal/erotic connotations. I do not dig. Though the sound of Aphrodisia is really nice TBH.
