Most of them are pretty trite; I prefer Marcelle to Marcia, Dominic to Domenico, Nathaniel to Nathanael, Louise to Luisa and Ruth to Ruthe - I don't enjoy surnames used as first names.

All of these are actually pretty common in a lot of English-speaking countries.

Cullen and Gust were the only less common names in the list, really.
