I don't enjoy Alejandra, Berta or Flor, and I have very powerful negative feelings towards a person named Fernando, so Fernanda (though I used to know a pleasant one, not Spanish) is tainted by association.
I like Celia and Silvia in any language. And perhaps Diana would shed its Doomed Princess aura in Spanish? Would it still shorten to Di? Because that's a real turn-off.

Diana 10/10 one of my favourite names.
Sonia 10/10 one of my favourite names. Short, fascinating. It has a similar sound of sogno (sueño, dream) and suono (sonido, sound). Both in Italian and Spanish the connections work. Great name!
Noemi 9/10 one of my favourite names. It seems elegant and modern at the same time.
Celia 8/10 I like it, the Spanish pronounciation. It reminds me of Celia Cruz.
Flor 8/10 lovely. Meaningful. Simple. Evocative.
Paloma 8/10 one of my favourite Spanish names. Elegant, ageless, nature-themed.
Elena 6/10 old-fave.
