[Opinions] Tamesis
I met a real live Tamesis in the wild! I love when I meet people with mythological names, especially Celtic mythology and others that aren't as well-known as Greco-Roman mythology. I was checking her in at work, she pronounces it TAM-uh-sis. What do you think?

I like that pronunciation a lot better than what I was thinking (TAYM-uh-sis, like the word tame).
Great meaning!
Great meaning!
I've never come across it before, but it's interesting! I thought Tam-EE-sis instinctively, but I like TAM-uh-siss much more!
I don't really like it, I prefer other Tam names
It's actually the source of the name for the Thames, it was the name of a Celtic river goddess.
Tamesis is also the Latin name for the British river, and in Spanish it's called Támesis.
