I probably wouldn't use it (well, maybe on a dog/cat) but I think it's adorable. I like the Tallulah spelling best, and I like Tally and Lulu/Lulah best for nn's.

I love Tallulah, especially with the nickname Tally. I was a huge fan of the British TV show 24Seven back when they showed it on television, and it's still near and dear to my heart, lol. The show was set at an unconventional boarding school in England, and Tallulah "Tally" was the name of the rich American girl who really was quite nice under her frivolity. Tallulah is the spelling I prefer; the rest look incomplete or unbalanced.Array

She had fallen against the windows, which were pressed against the windows, which were pressed against the old oak near across the age of the old Aunt Sophronia--was almost dreadful enough to walk on. A revolution without dancing is a revolution not worth having.

I used to love that show too. They used to show it on The N when I first had my daughter and I got to watching it when I was doing her feedings.
Still I can't warm to Tallulah or Tally.

Sounds like a fun show, I'm surprised I never caught it. LOL. I like the N (and I'm 30 years old!) esp Degrassi. :b ~Heather~

It was on when Noggin started up...Same time as when showed reruns of Daria and Pete & Pete. Good times, mon amie--I miss them terribly. It was really good--only ran two seasons, but it was enjoyable and a good sight better (or, if nothing else, classier) than Degrassi. Don't get me wrong--I enjoy Degrassi quite a bit (and O'Grady--those're the two shows I still watch on the N, though the one about the dead kid looks good), but honestly, 24Seven was just...better. And not just because Beans (http://www.granadakids.com/24seven/beans.html) and Jax (http://www.granadakids.com/24seven/jax.html) really should've gotten together, lol. ;)To keep this about names...ummm...Well, I really disliked Tallulah before that point. In fact, I started liking Augustus "Augie," Jacqueline "Jax," Anya, Bethan, Niamh, and Otto after I started watching the show. :)Array (absolutely loved 24Seven and wishes it was on DVD)

Tallulah is quite popular where I live. The nickname I've heard for it is Lulu. I'm not sure I like it, but it doesn't have that offbeat but educated quality some parents are looking for.
