I quite like the sound. It's simple and young sounding, but also like it would age well. I do think it has a religious air to it. I immediately thought theist, although I guess it's not too big a deal.

It makes me think of Theseus. I'm liking it though. Is it pronounced TEH-oos or THEE-us? That definitely affects my overall opinion on the name.

Is Theus even a real name?
Sounds like you misspelled the Greek word for god which is "Theos" at far, or you shortened Theseus?
