Not interesting or exciting enough to justify the French sound and appearance in English surroundings. Give me spunky Celia any day; though I'd be mroe likely to use Cecily IRL.

It is ok but quite bland.

I much prefer Celia (Spanish) and Céline (French) with similar sounds.
