I'd rather be called Prosper or Lux, but I feel like I've heard Lucky (the same sound, at least, not sure of spelling) in a movie as a NN for Lakshmi, and I think Lakshmi's pretty cool.It also reminds me of a man I know of who's been called Plucky since childhood, so for that reason, mostly it strikes me as old school rural.

Lakshmi "Lucky" is cute.

It’s a dog’s name to me.

I think it's bad, mainly because I'd hate being called that or referred to that way. It just does not work well as a name IMO.

As a given name I’m not so keen. What about as a nickname?Luksa nn Lucky
Lucasta nn Lucky
Lucretia nn Lucky

for a girl dog, it's fine ...Though very cliched.
For an actual human girl (or boy) it's lame. On a person is sounds like an old-fashioned mobster's or bandit's nn.

Well there was Lucky Luciano...

I’ve been thinking about the name Lucky a lot lately. I don’t have anything against it as a name, but it’s nice on a dog.

It's nice for a pet, and not the worst name I've heard for a human. Fortunata and Felix have the same meaning, I think, though, and I prefer those. Still, it's actually not that bad. The more I look at it, the more I like it!

Hi !!!Where I live Fortuna (luck) and Fortunato / Fortunata (lucky) are used even if they are quite rare and a bit dated.I like Lucky and I think that is unisex. It brings good omen and hope.

Where I live, it's quite often used, but I've only ever seen it on boys. I wouldn't use it at all.

I like it, but would never use it. It’s kinda a guilty pleasure name of mine.

The question would be for me if I'd like Lucky for a human. It'd be a cute m'n I guess. I wouldn't use it as a fn because it's considered more a name for pets.
