Only as a nickname, and even then all of the longer names it could be short for have nn options I like better.

Reminds me of the car brand Isuzu and that isn't good.

In English, Z draws attention to itself which the rest of Zuza (two whole vowels!) can't live up to. It's flimsy, and sounds more like street food than a human name. Do you like beetroot Zuza? I prefer my Zuza with apricots and onions.

Zsazsa has more flair and is easier to say. Also Zuza is too obviously a diminutive.

It souds like a creation of Dr. Seuss. Zumbats, Zorkins and a Zuza too, all went to live in the Zoom-a-Rang Zoo.

It's unattractive. Zuza thinks she's too cool to be a Zuzia, but just sounds similar to zołza which is like... Slightly less impolite than bitch? Maybe shrew, but less obscure
