I don't like many K names. Most of the ones I almost like, I prefer spelled with a C.

I'd consider a Katherine name, and my favorite K spelling is Kathryn.
I also kind of like Kira, and Kiara.
Looking at Japanese names, I like these:
Kaori
Kasumi
Kazue
Kiku
Kiyoko
Kokoro
Kumiko
