I would just eliminate most and keep honouring names and the ones you really like and only keep say 10 at most

Well yes that would make sense for my own personal usage but I also use this chart (and the male equivalent) as a resource for myself when on this site or others helping expecting moms with middle names. That is why it has so many as it does and why it also includes some names I wouldn't ordinary consider myself.
