I agree about Harper, Esther, and Amelia.
Also Hester.
And Piper - nothing is good about the feeling it gives me. It sounds like it could be a mocking nickname for a gal who talks vapidly and too much.
James - it sounds so smug and smarmy and greasy.
Felicity - sounds like elicit, has an irritating singsong quality with the three i sounds in a row, and the fel-part makes it even more icky.
Evangeline sounds like evangelism.
